Overview

Akasa Airlines, India’s youngest airline, set out to redefine air travel with a customer-first digital strategy. To support their ambitious launch, Akasa partnered with Triveous to develop a mission-critical technology platform that could scale effortlessly, provide a seamless user experience, and integrate with complex airline infrastructure.

The Challenge

Launching an airline from scratch brings enormous operational, regulatory, and technical challenges. Akasa faced several critical demands:
