Building Digital Products That Push Human Knowledge Forward

At Droidcon India, our founder Soham Mondal gave a talk on rapid Android prototyping. In the audience was Srikanth Nadhamuni (ex-UIDAI, Khosla Labs). Impressed, he invited Soham to help prototype fintech ideas at Khosla Labs alongside Sanjay Jain, Vivek Raghavan, and Srikanth Srinivas. Those early experiments evolved into India’s first micro-ATMs and laid the foundation for Trustt / Novopay.

Today, Trustt enables millions of consumers to remit money, withdraw money, make payments, and avail of a variety of banking and consumer-related products and services on their merchant network. Today, their AI-powered SaaS-based Core Banking Platform powers some of the most innovative banks in India (like HDFC and Yes bank).

Triveous grew into a remote studio, blending design thinking with deep engineering. We shipped offline-first fintech tools for under-banked users and AI-driven learning apps for Enparadigm, bringing gamified training to enterprise workforces.

We launched the complete backend and mobile app for Akasa Air in record time, ensuring zero downtime during rollout. At the intersection of AI and healthcare, we worked with Google DeepMind researchers and clinicians to design impactful, real-world interventions. We also collaborated with IDEO to create Digital Confidence — a practical toolkit to help product teams design for the “Next Billion Users” entering the digital world.

We built a health-emergency readiness platform for the World Health Organization, supporting countries like Nigeria and Indonesia in crisis planning. In partnership with IISc and ARTPARK, we helped create MIDAS, India’s first national-level open dataset initiative for AI in medical imaging. Most recently, we launched theoutpost.ai, a platform designed to explore the frontier of agentic AI and its role in advancing human understanding.
